Does Classics go into '06 ??

Okay, so I am trying to cheat but its worth asking. The Trainz Classics Lowmac is a wagon that I would really like to have but I am using TRS06

Having downloaded the files from the Classics website I can get them into CMP by changing the file extension from CMP2 and the wagon and its associated loads/bogey/texture shows as not being faulty but they will not show in Railyard or the game.

Is there a way to run Classics content in TRS06 ?

(PS Please to knock me for trying! The easy way would be to buy Classics but I am very fond of 06)

Nothing specifically built for a specific version is backwards compatible. Or so were told.
