Does anyone know what these scenery objects are called?

Hello, I've been looking around for quite a long time for these two scenery objects. They were originally placed on the IRM map for trainz. I saw the post from a few years ago on the facebook. The brick building kind of looked like something Bendorsey created, but after looking on the download station for all his creations, I wasn't able to find anything. I have no idea where to find this model of the water tank sadly.

So I figured I'd come to the forums and ask if anyone might know!

I can't tell what the building is, but the bus looks something like this here:

This is austin316hockey.

It's a train and runs on invisible tracks. There is a slew of poles and wires for these on the DLS.
