DLScount Problem

All,

I have downloaded and installed this Tafweb program several times but I have never gotten it to work.

I have tried going to the DLS both via and independently of the program. I search on my kuid number. I have specified "SHORT" as the "Display Type."

The search works just fine but clicking on "Start getting info" does absolutely nothing!

Any clue as to what I am or am not doing?

No, never heard of it, I always used Helper or CMP/CM2. Have you tried any of the alternatives mentioned in this thread?

I've used it and had the same problem. I gave up on it.
