I have been finding it quite slow over the past couple of days, even with a First Class Ticket.
Especially when you click on details of a certain item, or on Download on a certain item, I get a white box with the following message at the bottom of the box... "waiting for www.auran.com".
This message and white box usually lasts around 2 minutes, sometimes I get the item I was looking for, other times I get the message "the link has timed out".
The above is extremely rare when you have a First Class Ticket, and I do recommend First Class tickets to those who struggle to download items from the DLS, as it speeds downloads up, so you get your item quicker, I do understand that the DLS is going through change, so this might be the cause of the delays from time to time, hopefully in time after the changes, the DLS might get back up to speed.
