DLS STILL BROKEN

I have read lot of posts saying the dls is back working, but its not for me. Am using TC3, don't know if this anything to do with it but i got this error message. I have no idea why its showing the date as 2008!

Download helper will not work for me either and im using trainz 2010 Win 7 64bit and firefox 3.6 i even tryed internet explorer without any luck

im using TS 2010, TC3 and TRS2004 and nothing hapened to me so thats wierd

Just tried the DLS and its working fine for me?

not to sure whats causing this as i can download it via ftp but when i click Download helper Firefox says its unable to open the file which is really wierd. Internet explorer just loads a new page With the link and does nothing. maybe a reinstall would help not 100% sure it could be down to win 7
