DLS problem Please help

I am trying to download from the DLS on TRS2009 but nothing will download.When i click on the item and click on download it comes up in the box on the left as normal. but when i click start the item in the box goes red. Please can anyone suggest anything thx
 
What are you trying to download. There maybe a problem with the asset located up on the DLS. I've had this before and ended up removing the item from the list because it was bad and couldn't be downloaded.

Thankyou for your reply, im trying to download a class 90 but it seems to have an error in the file. when i held the mouse arrow on the file name in the download box it said content error on all the class 90s.
 
If CMP can't download it and the DLS can't download it, there's something wrong with the file that Auran needs to fix.

I am getting the same error whatever I try to download, they can't all have errors surely!
Installed TRS2009 on another pc to test if it's my computer playing up or not, but the same error is occuring on the fresh install, any advice on what I can do as it's getting very frustrating! :'(

I have refreshed your account, and you should now have access to the DLS. It is generally best to also contact the helpdesk when you are unable to access the DLS, as we can then investigate the issue on our end as well (if so needed).
 
Generally logging out of Planet Auran, then logging back in will fix it. However, in some cases it requires us to do a manual 'refresh', in which case you will need to contact us. This is why it is best to also send a message to the helpdesk.

this happens to me with anything i try to download from the dls

i just did that, got one item to download, then it went back to normal with the unknown content error stuff.
