Hi Angela. I know the uploads have all been processed on a regular basis this week. If they are not uploaded and you have not had a confirmation email, then there are a few options to check:
- is your email correct in your profile?
- is your spam filter stopping the email?
- is the file on the dls?
- if not, is it in the Preview area (this won't appear on the dls - you will need to approve it first)
What does it say in your profile under "Unprocessed" or "Waiting for Approval"?
If all these are fine, then there is a bug in the system that we will need to track down.

My e-mail address is a yahoo one which is working fine. I tended not to use my server as that sometimes blocks messages for some unknown reason.
I get a small amount of spam, so as far as I know there is no filter on.
This morning the files were not on the DLS, although I haven't checked since about 1130 am.
There are no files waiting or anywhere else in my Profile area.
They were both uploaded for the DLS as straightforward routes, no waiting area was selected.
Perhaps you will remember that the last route I sent up still has a fault and won't download, even though I sent it up twice and got 'Upload successful' each time, this is West Country Days. This is being downloaded from an outside site at the moment, the only way folk can access it.
The present route is Blackheath Down (Norfolk) and Blackheath Down VSR, so the same route but using different track. Taken about 4/5 months of work.
I own up, it was an 'included route on the 04 CD but it bears no relation to the original now, so much has been changed it should be unrecognisable.
It does look like a glitch so perhaps you would kindly look into this for me?

Should call me Birdbrain! The route that failed was WCL2 part done, both versions, not West Country Days, that's fine.
