DLS black pages, Planet Auran and the shop don't seem to be working.

G'day, I have tried to get on to DLS black pages, Planet Auran and the shop but they don't appear to be working and the FTP server graph is also coming up blank. Is anyone else having these problems?

Hi gremlin1812,

Due to the update campaign we're experiencing much higher traffic across all of our services than usual. This has been causing minor delays in response time on some services, but we havent noticed any blackouts yet. Right after the email campaign went live, we took some measures to handle the increased traffic including quadrupling the amount of resources available for the affected servers.

Please let me know if you're still experiencing any issues and on which pages and well look into it.

The black page DLS and the Planet Auran/My Content page were both unavailable about 1 hour ago, but both are now OK for me.
