where is my dlc download.i have ordered dlc before, the New castle shunter for eg,and new river mining coal run both have appeared in the session launcher ready to down but this last one i have ordered seems take for ever.about a whole week i think.

Given you do not have an icon saying you are registered I would guess you have two accounts and you have ordered TANE with one and DLC with the other. Please contact helpdesk to merge your accounts.

i have just been to support and followed the steps there suggesting that i close games/routes window,from the launcher clicking file,then down the very bottom of the list select download purchased items and hopfully something will give and thanks will keep you posted.
