Distance between two station

Hello!!

Can somebody tell me are there any assets avialable to download that when placed on track give the distance between them

e.g when i place two triggers or trackmarks , tool gives me the distance between the triggers or trackmarks ??


BECAUSE TO FIND THE LENGTH OF A CURVATURE IS IMPOSSIBLE IN TRAINZ .

RULER Is not better to find the length of curvature independent of its curve and hieght from ground

An asset called TRack Scanner, its like a trackmark, you place one then another further down line and then when you click on one with the (?) It will give you the distance and other various info

Build a 1 mile long new consist on a straight track, and rename it (ie: 1 mile long train) and measure and adjust the length using the Surveyor/Tools/Ruler.

Thats something I used to do.. you have to make sure you get rollingstock that can near exactly measure a mile or eventually you're going to keep making miles longer if that makes sense

Funny thing with that asset. In cmp2 (2009) it came up with two warnings but when I downloaded it to 2010 it did not show any warnings. I thought cmp3.3 was more fussy than cmp2? Yes/No?

Strange. When I did a search for it on the website DLS nothing showed earlier today. When I tried to download it into 2010 it wouldn't download from the website. It does turnout that I have it on 2006, so I'll move it over. I hope this is just a glitch and that Auran isn't trying now to prevent downloads into 2010 from the website database because a lot of stuff that is actually on the DLS doesn't show in CM.
