Disney World Monorail Line

Jimbiglion

261 Train Crew
I have made my own monorail line that runs at Walt Disney World.:) When I look at the where they keep the trains at the Park the track around on Google map there is none in the Trainz programs :( do any one know how to solved this :o

Specificly, are you looking for the Engine house that they keep their trains and monorails in during the night?

If so, a few people have it, and seeing that the thread has "disney" in the title.... its only a matter of time until they show up:hehe: .......

you know who you are.....

Thanks for the help I can built it but I do not have the program do anyone know where I can find it or do I have to talk to JEF????

yes, if someone has made it allready, and posted it to the DLS then it should be there,.... what Trainz version are you running?

Trainz 2006 I can make the other programs work on mines and I am trying to work on getting gmax to work on my laptop and I do not mind if the Disneyland monorail shed than the WDW shed I also went on your website to look at the your layout of WDL great job it will take time for me to get there.

dont be so sure, personaly... im not all that good at modeling...... I can make horn sounds, but I have yet to make something in GMAX...... you could pass me up in expertise if you put even just a small box into the game:hehe:

Jimbiglion, why are you wasting your time with gMax? If you've used it before I can fully understand, if not I suggest you go for Blender. There's plenty of discussions on these forums about that. Also there are heaps more tutorials. Just look at the tutorials section here: Trainz Resources Directory

Thanks

Ok, sounds like a plan..... Im doing so as I type..... by the way.... the forums on the other site are crap.....

Sorry to this thread... most of my posts have been off topic, and im going to edit them to blanks... @Johnk you may want to do the same

thanks again,

gMax is old old and no longer supported. Blender is a work in progress and one day some kind person my develop a fork just for Trainz. Unlike gMax, there are dozens of superb Blender tutorials out there. The most difficult thing is to overcome the problems with moving objects on the screen. It's a bit like learning to drive, but once you get the cordination part down pat, the drawing side is straight forward enough. I'd just love to see some Trainz tutorials on textures and actually moving items across to Trainz.

Thanks:D!!! I now got the ideal to make that shed but the one thing that bugs me is get it in to trainz and have it work then make the track for the area

Can't you use existing track? There doesn't seem to be any difference when you look at google earth.
