Is there a way to fix derailments in Trainz 12 ?

You'll have to be more specific than that.

1) On what route and/or session is your train derailing?
2) Where on the route (or at what point in the session) is the train derailing?
3) What train is derailing - an AI train, or the one you're controlling?
3a) If it is your train that's derailing, are you following all posted signals and speed limits?

What I ment was, is there a way to get trains back on the rails?

In a word.....NO.....Sorry, but that is the way it is until some smart guy comes along and figures out a way to put things back on the rails.

Since I have been running TrainZ, I have wished that we could send a work train to a derailed train, and it could get the derailed train back on the track.

Using the Re-rail Portal <kuid2:116387:5:1> will get your consist back on the route.
