Dependencies

I have a problem on Trainz 12 In CMP when I open up any route "View Dependencies" is greyed out! If I transfer the route or session to Archive, it shows no content. However when I view config file, hey presto it shows all the dependencies. But I cannot bring them up in CMP main menu, its greyed out! Any thoughts anybody?

Is the route installed/ downloaded?
If no, that's the explanation.

I think this is a TS12 bug.
It shows sometimes and not others, been doing it for years.

Yes the route is installed, and has been working fine previously.
