Really don't know what you have got there but those two kuids do not appear on the Download Station. If you could clarify the asset (turntable) kuid, how you got it (with a route perhaps?), and which Trainz version you are in .... then you may get some answers.

Those would appear to be user Kuids; Routes perhaps.
