deleting in surveyer

Having a problem deleting a board fro a route in surveyor, each time I click delete the program shuts down completely, also content manager will not let me delete the route from archive, any thoughts?

I think you have to 'Un-archive' the route, then delete it.

Problem is that it will not delete from archive!

Go to your Content Manager, go to File -> Settings. Find the archive it is in, remove that. It will only remove it from the list, not actually delete the archive.
Now that it is no longer connected to the archive, you can delete the route.

Thanks for your help, Ive now found why I could not delete the board, although what the technical cause was I haven't the foggiest. I removed several splines from one area of the board, during which time the program shut down on me several times, however I finally removed the offending spline (or splines) I was then able to delete the board.
