Oh, yeah DCLR is interchanges for Norfolk Southern railroad in south Delaware.

DCLR #23 RS1 (ex-SOO 351) There been wait for maintenance service or can be storage

Umm, actually I try do with paint for reskinned on RS1, RS18 and GP7 but they pretty too hard for me but I try do my best but it's still hard and can't handle by myself ugh..so I just little addition creation with NS units here,
