Defect Detectors

OK So i have Been working on some defect detectors i could use some pointers... I want them to say
CSBS DETECTOR MP XXX, NO DEFECTS, TOTAL AXLES XXX, TRAIN SPEED XXX, TEMPERATURE XXX, CSBS DETECTOR OUT

So is there any way i can get them to say that

Ive Gotta idea of what they should sound like and i got a program called Haptx
SAPI its a wonderful thing to have + the voice i want is called Microsoft Sam so i have that plus where should i get the Detector at ??

hello you can have one say up detector milepost 81.1 track 1 no defects toal axles 204 train speedo45 mph temp 40 degress detector out. bnsf detector milepost 125.3 main 2 no defects repeat no defects total axles 370 out.

Well i cant really do that cause i was asking for help

Ok is there a way you can also do one for me like this
CSBS DETECTOR MP XXX, NO DEFECTS, TOTAL AXLES XXX, TRAIN SPEED XXX, TEMPERATURE XXX,Main XXX CSBS DETECTOR OUT. Its a simple change from UP or BNSF to CSBS which stands for Chicago Sea Board System.... My fictional route. Which is also helpful with the bnsf & up detectors cause the mainline crosses both of them...
