Default Triggers Legacy View Details Not Working nor in Session Commands

For some reason I cannot get the default trigger <kuid:-1:6132> to work in a basic install of Trainz 22.
The command "WaitforTrigger" <kuid2:57344:80001:10> is listed but I am unable to select any options while building the session.
I am also unable to open the display legacy window in the default trigger.

I background and already attempted actions:
1. Trainz Build 128487
2. Rebuild database
3. Extended database already done

Is there a fix for this or an alternate trigger to use for driver wait commands? I'm not tied to using the default trigger in anyway but I do need something that holds a AI driver until another AI driver passes a certain point/trackmark.

For the "Wait for Trigger" command to work, You must have Trigger(s) on the track. You know those Green Ones...

I have the triggers on the route and know how to use them. They are just bugging out in 22 build 128487.
They work fine in Build number 123794.
