Data base error

When retrieving a route from archive it all goes well until I try to commit, it goes all through the committing but open for edit symbol remains and a box says " Failed to commit changes to asset due to database access error" Any ideas anybody? have tried extended data base repair, nothing doing.

Are you running Trainz as Administrator?

I think so, I right clicked on the start-up icon and then clicked administrator! Or is there more to it than that?

What is the size of your archive? If it's too large you may have a problem opening it, and if this is Trainz CE you might be seeing problems opening up the previous version archives, but don't quote me on that as I'm trying to go on memory for that issue.

It was as you suggested an administrator problem, I right clicked on the start up icon, opening up the box, sorted!
