sorry i didn't answer. grandchild problem.
i finally managed to download the other two files from the order. after installing the content manager shows OK but not showing in the game.
another problem is the loco coupler front plow kuid2:45324:85306:4. the only front coupler in the dependencies is 2:45324:85306:2 which doesn't work

I honestly don't understand what you are telling me. The kuid you listed is built-in to most versions and is not a dependency of <kuid2:45324:100479:1> CSX ES44AH 3194 Spirit Of Our Law Enforcement
i managed to get the other files from the orders. installed them and yes the content manager shows the loco is installed. however it is not showing up in the game. i'll keep working on it.

well welcome to my nightmare. i went to compare your list and can no longer find the locomotive. just yesterday i counted 18 assets in the motor and now i don't have that.i did run a deep database program and sometime it goes off the rails. anyway since i screwed up i would purchase the engine again .

Yes but you fail to understand that repurchasing it will gain you nothing. you already have access to the asset and the files and they are all present already.
in the downloads i only have dependencies #1. however in the "orders" i have all three. i don't understand what i did wrong. now the "orders" file says i have over downloaded.

I have reset them again. Here are the 3 files you should have in your order:
CSX_ES44AH_3194.cdp
CSX_ES44_Common_deps.cdp
ES44AC_Common_deps.cdp
You need to get all of them, install them into content manager. Go to the top where it says filter and choose Open for Editing. Highlight anything in this list and right click and choose submit edits, or press Ctrl+Shift+E.
