Yesterday i installed TS2010. The game crashes every 5 minutes. SP1 did not help. Is there a patch to come or can i get my money back?

At a guess I would say your problem is your ATI graphics card.
Try installing the latest ATI drivers.
Try running in DirectX mode. I have the ssame problem as you with an ATI card and opengl mode.

In the last demo it was not possible to drive the train uphill. The speed dropped in a split second from 2o Mph to 0 Mph.??
Then i tried scenario 1: Apollo Bay. Standing still in the station speed 0 i got the message: you are speeding. I was not able to drive this train: wheelslip. ???????
Exiting the game solved the problem. I feel like a beta tester.
