My TRainz game crashed for the 3rd, 4th, 5th time and i still cant get in touch with Auran because there contact sucks I really need help and no one has helped me yet this is supposed to be a community wtf!?!?!?!?!?!?! I NEED HELP!!!!!!!
 
Yelling and screaming wont get you anywhere. The community is more then willing to help. But you have state what the problem is. When is it crashing, how is it crashing, what error message did you get? what our your comp specs. what version trainz are you running? We aren't mind readers we need information to try and help you.

I have TS 2009 Everytime i start the game it says to download the patches and then its says patches failed i reinstall it same thing all of my content is faulty like everything even the built in things. My computer specs idt have anything to do with it because i already checked that. My routes in the game are all screwed up the track is everywhere ad the builindgs are on different levels. The game is just messed up and i have no way of contacting auran... Im about to break my game :confused:

Run a database repair. Open up Content Manager, and choose Extended Database Repair located on the File Menu.

Without supplying us the details of your setup, we can't really help you. We have no way of seeing over your shoulder, and being a PC, there are a multitude of versions of hardware, and system configurations.

When your patch failed, did you write down the error message? Posting that up here would be helpful in solving the problem.

Sending Auran a message to the Helpdesk is the only way for them to help you. Remember, they are at least 14-16 hours ahead, so right now the office is closed. At the time of this message, they aren't even awake yet! Also remember there are other people with issues too, so you're in the queue to be served just like it would be if you were at Burger King, or Wendy's, for example.

The automatic message recieved from the helpdesk will contain a tracking number. This will help them keep up on your case. Remember to check your email for a response back from the helpdesk. Sometimes junk filters will dump it into a junkmail filter, or worse, the trash. Check this filter/folder to ensure that messages coming from N3V software, and or Auran, is not filtered out.

So, calm down, give us the information clearly, instead of shouting and whinging, and someone will try to help you.

Im Sorry i did a full system clean of my computer trainz is back up and running. Havent tested it out yet still uploading content. I got angry cause i loast all of it but luckily i had sent some important things to friends and im in betetr shape.
 
Hey i downloaded some other routes and the grounds not showing up does anyone know what thats showing?

The way to find out what's missing is to use Content Manager.

In Content Manager, choose the route that doesn't show all the content.

Right-click on the route, and choose view Dependencies.

This will list all the items used on the route. Ones with the DS next to them need to be downloaded. Those with a red ! need to be repaired.

Sometimes there will be some that are totally missing. You may have to search manually on the DLS for those.

You know what i found out what caused it to crash i was patching and then i presed cancel because it was taking forever so i wiped the game out of my hardrive reinstalled and let the patcher run... Its running better than ever... I guess i jsut react so bad when i realize its not that big i was just annoyed i lost all my content...
