CP AC4400CW repaint missing bogey?

I'm trying to install CP AC4400CW repaint 9800-9840 which I purchased last fall on a new computer. I've redownloaded all of the files, but kuid2:338228:300212:1 is missing. I think it is a bogey file. thanks.

It is "GE Radial Truck CP TS19 2.cdp" (which is provided with the locomotive).
