Hello all.
I recently have been reskinning many JR locomotives, and since JR is very strict about their reskinned models being released (and other sites too), I couldn't release them. A fellow user told me about aliasing, but when I tried to do it, it looked hard and was just generally complicated. Since I'm pretty bad at more complex Trainz things, I would like to politely ask if anyone could help me out (and other newer content creators) and create an alias template for everyone to use.
(In case you don't know what aliasing is, its basically where you make a reskin that makes the original asset a dependency. If you reskinned payware models, then you could alias it to make it so the original creator gets a sale and you can get to upload it. While not convenient, it is practical.)
Thank you!
