Corona Problem

I am creating custom signals for the NYC Subway, and I have been having success so far with the first two signals, automatic and marker.

However, when trying to do the one-shot GT, the white_corona.tga is showing up as so:

Here's how the marker signal comes out--no problems:

There's nothing different about the sizes or formats of the images, even the names (corona_red.tga, and corona_white.tga). The only difference is the color of the corona.

I even tested the normal automatic signal and used the white corona as the stop indication and got the same result, so it must be an image issue, as the signals work just fine.

Any suggestions?

The corona texture must have an alpha channel to cut the corona out of the texture.

What exactly does that mean? I'm relatively new to content creation
