Copyig an Idea?

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if it would be wrong to copy an idea and then post it here on the forum? For example I really like LGBMATT's RR poster pictures, and I have some that I created after I saw his and I want to put them in the USA screenshots thread. The reason I ask is because I know people don't like to have their ideas taken.

That's usually fine, it's just if you adjust their content and release it without telling them that they get angry.
