Content server capacity

Does anyone know the least busy time of day for downloading content? Most of the time I try to download it says the server is full

It varies - have a look at http://www.auran.com/planetauran/FTP_Status_Log.php to give you an idea on when it is (note: it's in AEST - you may need a site like timeanddate.com to convert.

it doesnt varie, its every time the same. "server full, try later again" or something.

have you read when that "too many connections on files" started?

the funny part is, at the first class server, there is as good as NEVER a traffic problem. hm...im wondering, isnt that a try to move normal users on, to buy a first class ticket to make mor money? if it is, thats not nice.

just please get this fixed, i always read, "we're working at this, please be patient" but nothing changed.

What's the problem, buying an FCT pays Auran to purchase server space on better servers. It's not very expensive.

Agreed the basic servers are now overloaded, but this makes no money at all for Auran, they just provide free access to content made by members. You haven't paid for this, you paid for the stand alone version of the Trainz platform, which works straight from the box and enables you to make your own content or run the included content. Downloading more free content is a free bonus!

completely agree with that.
i only dont agree with that sentence "we're working on it" and i cant see any changes. im thinking about a first class ticket, but im not sure yet. you say its not expensive, well, for me it could be a little cheaper xD
