Trainz, content manager, type, icon, what does the blue light in lower right corner mean?

Sorry I dont know but it does make you wonder why N3V have not bothered to put a help system together. I thought Id look it up on the CM's help files. Problem is that all there seems to be are the headings - no content. Pretty good for a content manager wouldn't you agree?

The blue light at the bottom right of said icon indicates that the asset has been built to TS2009 or later standards.
