Content Manager wont let me log in

i know i posted this in another thread, but i just really need the help, moderators you can close the other forum, it keeps giving me the please check your internet/firewall settings, it didnt do this to me when i had TS2009 i just need help logging in, i really need to download the missing dependencies for the SBCX route, can someone please help me with this?Im using Trainz simulator 2012

Check that you are using the SAME login that you used for TS2009.
If you're login is correct, check that your firewall isn't blocking the connection to the DLS.

i did that, still not letting me log in

Does your password contain anything other than letters, numbers, and spaces?

its registered on my other account UNIONPACIFICTRAINZ, rollercoasterman is my forums only account, i dont use the other one other than for buying addon packs and playing trainz

Did you check what I said regarding your Planet Auran password on the account you are using for Trainz? (please do not post your password here)

The problem could be that your forum name is registered as a member, but the other account is not, at least auran don't think so.
Log in to planet auran, look left and down to community and select search and put your other user name in. Nothing is found.

okay ummmmm, so, was signed in the whole time, it just wont connect to the DLS , my internet is fine but i still wont connect to the DLS can someone still help me with this problem?

You may want to check with N3V that your other account is valid and working.

As I said yesterday UNIONPACIFICTRAINZ is not a registered user, the name has no profile nor user kuid.
Until it has your not going to be able to patch up nor connect to the dls or get log in to content manager .
Seeing as you've bought it, doesn't matter what name under. As the serial numbers not been registered before under any username (if it has you'll not be able to use it) use rollercoasterman as the registering name.
