Content Manager v2.0 error, please help.

Hi all,

After I select some content to download using the content manager dowload station, well when clicking start it says it downloading for about 10 seconds and the the content is high lighted in red and if I click on it, a message appears saying "Unknown Content Error"

This happens to any content I try to download and therefore I cannot download anything.

Please help.

It looks like you may have the same problem as the one which is being discussed and been detailed in this thread (although for TS2010): http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=51118

I would suggest you submit a Support Ticket at the Helpdesk.
