Content Manager Problem TRS2006

Hi,

When I download content for Trainz 2006 in content manager a yellow question sign displays saying there is a missing dependency. What does this mean ? Does it mean the content won't download properly?
Help please!

R/click on the item and select view dependancies, some will be on the dls some not.
