content manager plus

Maybe someone here could help me.

Got T2006 this weekend (Justtrains release)
Installed with service pack 1 from JT website

registered product (username, serial)
activated 1st class ticket

using CMP.
when searching can see thing like routes, buildings, locos on DLS
When I click to download then click on start it says Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later.
CMP has username, password and userID
CMP shows 1st class ticket status

Installed the monorail project, runs ok in driver

CMP also keeps saying that things arn't commited when launching Trainz, also get it when going straight into trainz, I click to commit them, but it keeps saying theres uncommitted thing.

Sorry for posting this here but I can't access the support forum.

Anyone got any ideas
 
Cheers. I'll give it a day or two before I start pestering anybody.
Forgot to add that it would'nt download on the free ticket which I tried before activating the 1st class.

ive given up its a pack containing several things including a class 101,158,37,47,60 ect its downloaded but i cant get around what the problem is on cmp and why it has not appeared in the railyard list.

If the 'open for edit' box in CMP is 'lit' for any kuid then it isn't ready for use in Trainz. Click on the Open for Edit tab along the top edge of CMP and if any kuids are listed, right click one and pick 'Select All' then Ctrl + M or right click Edit and slide over and down to pick Commit. If any kuids show up with a red ! you have errors. If any have a yellow puzzle piece with a ? in it you have missing dependencies. Either of these conditions may keep the asset from showing up in Railyard or Surveyor. Right click faulty assets and select view errors or view dependencies to see what is wrong. If you have problems post back here. Besure to list kuid numbers of problem assets.

I discovered what the problem was
I've two computers networked together. The machine I've got Trainz running on is linked to a machine acting as a gateway, both have zone alarm on, which connects out to the net.
The problem resolved when I turned off the firewall on the gateway machine.
After reading the zonelabs forum. The problem is the Application Layer gateway (alg.exe) on the gateway machine. This needs to be set to allow to let FTP access through.
Just incase anyone else has the problem.
 
ive set it to automatic commit after they had been downloaded,maybe i should just delete them and try another download maybe?
 
i managed to download a gbrf and freightliner 66 without no trouble but now a class 101 dmbs download has a yellow? faulty asset,missing depencies the missing ones appear to be -kuid 2412:50011 and kuid 2512:51101, how do i get these,also the 101 is listed in railyard but no picture is there.
 
both of those KUID's are listed on the DLS.

You need to click on the Download Staion link above. Login and where it says kuid: type in 2512:50011 2512:51101 and make sure all check boxes are checked. Then click on Search. 2 pictures will display. Click on the picture and then click on Download. CMP should launch. Repeat it for the other one. Once they are both in CMP click start to download them.

question

i have trainz 2006 and i have registered the copy and the content manager plus doesen't work and says that it has encoiuntered a problem and needs to be closed ... WHY??
 
Run the Trainzdiag.exe program in the 'bin' folder and make sure the OpenGL section has a green tick. If it does not then you will have to update your graphics card's drivers.

Wow you've been digging up the arcives, It's already loaded, click the TRS2006 icon, at the first menu click manage content, insted of clicking on the start button, and your there.
