hope someone can tell me what im doing wrong,i have registered my new uk version of trs 2006 on serial numbers reg on the website and i now have a first class ticket for 187 days, but the problem cmp doesnt seem to think i have registered my copy of trs2006 and when i try to download say an different type of locomotive it doesnt appear anywere on cmp to start download anyone know why?

Doe the boxed version also come with Servis Pack 1? If not you may have to download it as there was a known issue with connectivity problems. If you are going to download make sure you get the correct version for the build number you have.

That is a good point - the JT version does not come with SP1, and JT have stated that until the current stock is sold (they seem to have a lot of it!) they won't supply it so.

For the correct version, visit www.justtrains.net; be warned - it's a huge 711MB (bigger than the standard Auran version).

i got sp1 included when i bought trs2006,just trying to figure out how to download new items and then work out how to use them!

i have managed to sign in sucessfully and it appears my "class 101" download is fully downloaded,in the big list on the left the first box which is "local" is lit up in grey what does this mean and were is my download?

"Local" means that the downloaded item is now on your system. It is stored in the Local folder, but I'd recommend that only the most advanced users fiddle directly (should the urge take you ;)). If you really want to edit it, do so through CMP, so any errors are detected.

To run it - open trainz and find it on the rolling stock menu. Place on track and take for a test drive.

my downloaded items are not in my "railyard" list but they it does say they are local, were could they have gone and is theyre anything i have to do to make sure they get to the railyard?

Do you have all of the dependencies?

Does CMP report any errors (search panel on left, from which you should be able to find the 101, then click right on it and select view errors)?

depending on how you got them in. Check on the "open for edit" and if there is something there commit the assets.

Select them all, right click, select edit, then commit

cheers

Do you have all of the dependencies?

I'm not sure which 101 you have downloaded, but using Pikka's green 101 as an example, these are the extra files you will need:

KUIDs:
2512:54004
2512:51102
2512:50020
2512:50021

You should also have kuid:-1:42003001, but this should be built-in.

As samrec says, you need to commit any assets in the "open for edit" section - items go here if you explicitly put them there, or they are installed from a CDP, or they are new clones of existing assets.

there seems that all the dependancies are therye but should all the boxes be lot up now?only "local" "modified" "open for edit" are lit up

Maybe someone here could help me.

Got T2006 this weekend (Justtrains release)
Installed with service pack 1 from JT website

registered product (username, serial)
activated 1st class ticket

using CMP.
when searching can see thing like routes, buildings, locos on DLS
When I click to download then click on start it says Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later.
CMP has username, password and userID
CMP shows 1st class ticket status

Installed the monorail project, runs ok in driver

CMP also keeps saying that things arn't commited when launching Trainz, also get it when going straight into trainz, I click to commit them, but it keeps saying theres uncommitted thing.

Sorry for posting this here but I can't access the support forum.

Anyone got any ideas
