content manager plus problem

i just deleted my whole game because of this problem yesterday. i reinstalled my trs06 and ive downloaded 4 subway cars and it already says "unable to download, server must be full try again later. i dont understand why it keeps on saying this if i reinstalled the whole game and start over my content manager plus profile. can somebody plaese tell me whats the situation?

The server is busy. There are a lot of people downloading content. If you've set up everything else the same, then this is the problem. Keep trying. Eventually your downloads will happen.

what do i do to avoid that problem

Auran stuff is upgrading servers and the 'server busy' or 'server full' messages occur. The problems will continue to 12th of March.
