I am having the server appears to be full error come up when I go to download something and its been doing this for months now I have tryed everything I can think even reinstalling the game and still have the same problem I even bought a first class ticket and am unable to use it due to this issue and help would be much grateful

Have you tried resetting your password in your Auran profile? ("Profile" button top of this page - you can use the same password).
