Content Manager,, Once a re-did database, all I get was not useful!

Hi
I re-did database, but now no windows or anything into what the object is, just a spreadsheet of name, status and Kuid.

What did I do wrong or what setting did I undo something in?

Found it -
Trainz rr 2019.
Under the railroad Launcher
under "Trainz Settings": third , after "start trainz" , and "manage content".
there should be a box, and it states "manage content as thumbnails". It should be 2nd from the bottom.
chick in the box. It may take more than one time, (4 to be precise)
