Content Manager not downloading or updating!!

hey i have train simulator 12 on steam and every times i try to download or update content it doesnt download anything and i i did run network diagnostics and what not to see if there was a problem but i dont have any it passed all the tests but is there something wrong with Content manager since i cant download anything or update i purchased a 1 year First Class ticket sooo.. a bit of help please?

Is there a reason why you don't show your TS12 on the station line next to your name and only have two posts?

If you have registered your copy of TS12, it should appear and that may explain your issues with your FCT and inability to download. I suggest you contact the Helpdesk via the link on the forums above.

i just got trainz New Era and not even download content is working on it either

You are not showing any registered programs. You need to go to MyTrainz, formerly Planet Auran, and register your software. TANE CE should register automatically.

If your products are not registered, then you can't download. You also need to enable an FCT in your My Trainz account in order for it to be active.

If you have already registered your programs under a different name, or are having trouble registering, contact the Helpdesk via the link above.
