Content manager is not downloading

well once again content has stopped downloading and even when I go to download in the game which is the multiplayer it stops all together and every night it stops at a certain time for downloading so As of right now I can not download at all because it is not letting me help I would appreciate.

Do you have a FCT? Did you check if it did not run out? If you dont have a FCT or it has run out, you are stuck to 100mb/day limit.

If you have an active FCT, check your internet package; do you have some sort of deal that allows download during the day but not after a certain time at night?
