I am rebuilding the session one train at a time waiting for a crash, that should help isolate exactly where the issue is. Once it starts crashing again I will let jetlog run and see if it sheds any light...

Great to read that you are rebuilding the session/s one train at a time. Hopefully you can rebuild it up to six or seven trains without reaching that 2k memory barrier...
(If you still have the original eight train session, may I suggest again that you just delete one train and then run the session again to see if it still crashes). Deleting just one train might be all that's required to keep that route/session under the 2k barrier...
Please keep us informed as to how many trains you can have on that route/in that session, before it crashes.
