It's not much different than the other versions. Click on the train wheel icon on the right side of Surveyor and you'll see a list of train cars. Plop them down, as many as you wish, and whatever type you want. When you have your consist, switch to the consist tab and click on the add consist tool. It looks like a two-pronged fork. You can then type in the name and save it. Now you have your consist, and you can now add your consist in the Session and drive it, if you put on a locomotive or two.
