Whats with the strange rendering, in Surveyor 2.0 And how do you delete stuff without going to undo.

I cannot download anything either, is that because I installed the offline version ???? Seems a bit odd that download is greyed out. 2019 is ok. Both 2019 and 2022 are Trainz plus.

If you have a subscription (Trainz Plus or Gold) then TRS19 (standard and PE) and TRS22 will show as Trainz Plus but the program name at the very top of the Launcher window (above the File Edit Developer menus) will show the actual program name.

Ability to download does not depend on whether you used the online of offline installer. I used the offline installer and download works just fine from CM. Have you entered your username and password into the Trainz Settings -> MyTrainz -> MyTrainz Account ?

Yes says all that is, fine. Just seems odd that 2019 I can download 2022 I cannot.
