Trainz, like many 3D simulators, requires quite a bit of resources in order to handle the graphics etc.
As for your registration, click Planet Auran, followed by Serial Number, then fill in the form. Make sure you choose the correct option on the dropdown for your version.

Developers do not think reducing the requirement for a PC or a game only for strong PK.YA in despair

It's difficult to reduce the requirement for a 3D simulator. As most of the content is designed by community members, it's difficult to gauge the requirements anyway.

VovaZiLvova - Please go to https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php and enter the serial number of your version of Trainz. When you do, the version you own will appear next to your name and we will then know you own a legitimate copy of the game.
Also, go to your profile and enter your location. That way we can tell if you are from a non-English speaking country, or if you just can't be bothered to write proper sentences in English.

Vova, there are two separate problems here. 1. I don't think anyone can really understand what you are asking and 2. this community tends to be unwilling to help people who do not have a legally registered copy of the game, myself very much a prime example. If you have a copy of TS12, register your serial number, and you will get more help. You will also have access to other native-language forums (including Russian, etc.) where people may be able help you if we English-speakers cannot.
