Son of Beast at Kings Island. Loop was taken out so they could use lighter cars.
Loops have existed in the past but more recently Wooden Loops would mean a mix between a wooden coaster and a steel coaster. I call those hybrids.
Loop Da Loop was an old wooden coaster. I hear it was taken down because there were too many watchers and not enough riders. Also a Loop the loop back in the day was not as smooth or comfortable as our loops now days.
You might be able to make a loop the loop in Trainz if you made it a static item or just made the coaster track and all as an item and added the coaster as animation.

Yeah, I think the loops are pretty rare. I thunk all are NOW hybrids because its probably some legal issue where you need a ceartina mount of support.
I think the static object would be the easiest way to do it.

Sad News
Since it is now September and many of us are going back to school. I am sad to say that the Trainz Coney Island Project has been postponed for the next vacation to come. I might be able to finish the layout by Halloween Break, Thanksgiving Break, or as far as Christmas Break. Sorry for the inconvienience but I have work and school to deal with. If you are patient and polite I'll work on the layout as quickly as I can, I will finish this but have no time. I'll have the results in a few months or so. Thank you if you can wait, I'll be working on it.

Sad News
My Computer crashed a while ago and all my data and Trainz are gone. I'm sad to say this project has been cancelled. I'm very sorry to everyone that was expecting to see the finished work.
