A GTX 660TI 2GB is what I have found to be the sweet spot currently for TS2010. The routes will almost load instantly as opposed to when I had a GTS 450 1GB where it took about 5 minutes for everything to load in.

So this is what I have cleaned it up to so far. Would it be logical to use the 256 ssd for the os while using the 512 for trainz?
I was looking at a few cases online, for this I selected one rather quickly, so I am not sure it will work. Cooling is ofcourse at the heart of it,
but I cant stand any of the flair that comes with these things, all I want is an in-expensive metal box with holes in it and fans, not these custom built space-ships:hehe:.

Hopefully the chart transfers over ok, Its just a summary copied over from a spreadsheet I keep for this.

Thanks for the feedback!

A quick glance at the manual yielded this:

4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory

I am leaving for class in a bit, so I'll give the manual a more indepth reading when I return, Thanks for the tip!
