I have trying to commission a reskin of the up sd9043mac into southern pacific colors but so far I have gotten no responses via email or om can someone tell who I need to go to?

I can only guess, this is something that is not prototypical, and might not sell well... or, they are overwhelmed with work already...

JR is not doing commissions presently. I already spoke to them about this a few weeks ago. I am also trying to get 3 engines custom built.

This is correct. Our current volume of work really cannot fit commissions into the mix at this time so we have suspended doing commissions.
