Your making popcorn - I already have mine.
It does look exactly like a Y6B, you have to admit that!![]()
And yet it's amazing that everyone suggesting the Y6b forgets one 'small' thing: it was only ever used for freight.
Yet more proof (as if it was needed) that people are failing to read so much as the first page of this thread.
They see the picture, already established, several times, as being the cover illustration for TS12, and go 'I know what that is!' Then they skip to the last page, and say what has been said at least a dozen times in this thread.

Read, people! It's not that hard!
I can't add much to what you've said here...
Mind passing me the popcorn? I forgot to put a kettle on.
John
Do you have any Toffee popcorn please?
Any way, is it a Y6B or did someone else already mention that one while I was out?![]()
me think it is a bloody big boiler on wheels![]()
It's not a Gresley A3, BoB, WC, Duchess, Coronation, or anything else that's British, Aussie or not American.Perhaps we could make a list of what we know it is NOT, then through the powers of deduction, we may figure it out![]()
Lets see..... its not:
A shay
Y6b
or a bigboy....
what else isnt it?![]()
cheers
Awwww! :'( (10 drive wheels)It's not a LNER Gresley A2
