Comeng Trains for australia

Can anyone help me
i am currently in the process of building new lines in Melbourne but cannot find trains id like the Seimens series we are using currently in Melbourne
i have the Xtropalis versions but would like the old Hitachi trains and the very first Comeng trains maybe even going back to the older red rattler and blue trains we use to have im Melbourne
I would be ever so happy if i could get these

At this stage, there's only the X'Trap and a very old Comeng M car available. The X'Trap is a beta, so isn't exactly finished

I do have plans to make a Comeng, and I know of a Hitachi being made, and I think someone is making a Harris. I also have plans to do a set of Taits (and maybe some Doggies). Not sure if anyone has any plans for the Seimens sets yet.

If Connex Melbourne (I mean connex melbourne) is a nuisance when it comes to photographing/videoing trains, is it hard to get permission from them to use in simulators?
