Late last year I started creating graphics in Paintshop Pro. I was already quite familiar with paintshop pro as I used to do a lot of reskins for Trainz.
It all starts with tracing an outline around an object in a photo, then adding the detail like panels, windows grills etc. Must all be done in raster layers, impossible to do it otherwise.
I post my graphics on Facebook and Photobucket, but I am really trying to get more exposure so hopefully this Blog will help. I will regularly post pics in this Blog as I complete each project. It usually takes a couple of days to create a new loco graphic, and then to create the livery.
I will post a link to my Photobucket account here as well as some of my work. I mostly create QR locos but will branch out into other areas if I can. For example I was easily able to convert the 1502s to DQ and 423 classes.
It all started when I created the 2470 class which really was only a quick drawing to be honest, I really didn't take it too seriously. I didn't really begin to take it more seriously until the 1460/1502s, and then the Silver Bullets and Gulflanders.
I will start by posting a link to my Photobucket account, and then a few pics.
