Cold Creek Logistics Missing Content

I just make my first JR purchase of the Cold Creek Logistics route. I'm missing quite a bit of content and much of it says 'unknown location'. I'm new to the process so I suspect I'm probably doing something wrong. Any suggestions on something obvious that I might have missed?

The route, sessions, addl content and trees are here and are actually freeware, the pay portion is the content pack which is the industry, rolling stock and locomotives. Route and all its bits needed are here: http://jointedrail.com/product/cold-creek-western-route/ Everything else should be either in the content pack you purchased, or on the download station.

However, this route is made specifically for TS12, so you may run into quite a few problems using it in TANE since i see that is what you are using. The content pack parts will work just fine, but you may have issues with the route and the sessions.
