I use <kuid:141417:1076> Coal Unloader 20. Works every time no matter where you use it or what version of Trainz you use it in. Nice and compact so it fits in everywhere and it's easy to mod so it can be adjusted for height.

Reason for post, unloader in Sandusky route not working for me, need a height adjustable asset if have to replace one in route

To make the asset height adjustable if it isn't already just add height-range -3000,3000 to the config file.
